ICA is an impartial certification body, committed to managing potential conflicts of interest and ensuring objectivity throughout all certification-related activities. Our organizational structure follows the principles of ISO/IEC 17021, maintaining fairness and impartiality throughout the audit and certification processes. To uphold confidentiality, all personnel are bound by an agreement that protects them from external pressures, including commercial or financial influences. The compensation of staff involved in the certification process is independent of audit outcomes, ensuring unbiased assessments. Before the audit, a conflict of interest declaration is obtained from the client organization to further ensure impartiality. Certification decisions are made by a dedicated committee, guaranteeing that the process remains objective and fair.
